We have used P&T for 3 different projects in our home. An extension in 2020, we got them back in 2021 to do some decking and fench building in our back garden and to rebuild the wall in our front garden and in 2022 they insulated and replastered our top floor. They were efficient, helpful, completed job as per schedule. If we have any issues the are quick to come back and resolve anything. Al workers are very pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

We were recommend Paul and Thomas by friends and it was the best recommendation we ever received. We paid a deposit to retain their services and they started on the promised date and time. The timescale and budget set out for the work was accurate and they finished on time and within budget. Any alterations or additional work was agreed in advance, costed and delivered.

I think it was P&T first time undertaking a major renovation to a property where the occupants lived in the house throughout the renovations. This included attic and all room renovations, insulation to “A” rating, bathrooms, kitchens, utility room, building on a garage and relocating the water supply system and complete electrical alterations. They even relocated and rebuilt a full solid wood kitchen and island unit.

What we really liked and appreciated was their honesty.

If they saw something on the plans that they thought could be better they offered their opinion and I accepted their judgement to the betterment of the project and our home every time. They are the experts.

Their work rate is phenomenal and they never stop other than a very short tea and lunch break. They are always courteous throughout. They always left our home in as clean a condition as possible and their “site management” was excellent and efficient.

They arranged the “sub-contractors” for the heating/plumbing and electrical who were equally brilliant, efficient, and courteous. They also arrived and delivered on time.

Paul & Thomas “Project Managed” the whole renovation expertly. They recommended Building Suppliers and Tile & Bathroom outlets and brought us on a visit to many showing us options and equipment that would enhance our renovations.

We recently contracted P&T Complete Home Renovations to demolish and rebuild a single-story extension to the rear of our home.

From the initial consultations and quotation to the work on our house. The professionalism from P&T Complete Renovations was outstanding. Paul & Tomas have an excellent workforce who were polite, on time, hard working and very experienced tradesmen. They worked hard all day, taking little breaks and transformed our home into something modern and beautiful. We stayed in our home during the extensive work and the guys went out of their way to ensure the build didn't disrupt family life for us. They spent up to an hour every evening, cleaning, tidying and hoovering up so we had a home we could still use. If there are any minor outstanding issues, they return & rectify them promptly, no questions asked. We were renovating our ground floor, this includes new opening for a bigger window in the kitchen, new opening for the door, new floors, doors, windows, kitchen, small toilet etc.. Paul was involved in the planning process 3 months before we started our renovation, he had great ideas. They were very flexible during the whole process. They arrived the first day at 9 in the morning as we agreed and they finished as we were promised after 3 weeks. Our home was always cleaned up after every work day. They used good quality materials and the finish is amazing. It's like a new home. I would truly recommend P&T.
